For those looking for an extra light solution, our DV Base-Mount Adaptor is the answer. Known as the DV-BM1, this on-board battery adaptor allows you to power 12V lighting up to 50Watts.

The base-mounted adaptor will simply screw on to the bottom of all Mini DV cameras. It has two battery fittings and is compatible with the Sony NPF series of batteries DV-F970 and the DV-F980. Combined, the two batteries will provide 100Watts of available power. These will also drive the camera if required too.
